A VERY SPECIAL STORE
Open since December 2015, Daily Day is located in Avenida dos Aliados, in the heart of Porto city, and is much more than a store. The story of this place is simple: the owners were preparing a clothing collection with an esthetics that didn’t exist in the Portuguese brands, and they had the opportunity to open this store at this site. They realized immediately that they couldn’t waste the chance and they opened Daily Day. This is a place where they now sell its own brand and where they add a number of other independent Portuguese brands that are within the same concept and esthetics. This is a really particular place and a project that wants to "be independent to the seasons and counter the trends", as explains Vania Vilas Boas, one of the partners.
But don’t think that in this space you’ll only find clothes, shoes and fashion accessories. Besides being a reference store when we talk about contemporary style, Daily Day receives monthly the Daily Day Calling that promotes the talent of various artists with workshops, concerts, exhibitions and poetry readings.
In Daily Day you can still feel the most classical side of Porto, through the small corner of hats that we find there. More than "a place to sell hats" it’s a small millinery with a modern twist, and a family business represented by José Baião.
Located on the corner of Praça General Humberto Delgado, the Daily Day has brands like Hugo Costa, Carla pontes, Wolf & Son, La Paz, Latitid, Reality Studio, Daily Day Women e Daily Day Man, among others.
