Philippe Morin, Pascal Gauthier and Pierre-Michaël Smague are the three names behind the creation of one of the trendiest restaurants in Paris. Located at number 41 of the Notre-Dame de Nazareth, in the busy and modern Haut-Marais neighborhood, the ISTR welcomes its guests in a cosmopolitan environment that marries traditional French cuisine - from Brittany in particular - with the best of New York culinary culture. The menu bears the signature of Chef Kerwien, which features an amazing and creative cuisine that brings to the table the perfect combination of land and sea. Specializing in the oyster tasting traditions and a bold selection of cocktails, the ISTR is open from Monday to Saturday, from 12am to 2.30pm, and from 6pm to 2am.
