Dômes Charlevoix

Inside the forest, eco-luxurious accommodations. This is Dômes Charlevoix’s concept, near the Massif de Charlevoix, Canada. During a first phase, the project by studio Bourgeois/Lechasseur architects included three domes which are reached through a path among the trees, that starts in the parking lot at the entrance. The domes’ floor was made with radiant concrete which, besides contributing to a cozy feeling, helps – together with the fireplace – to maintain the inside temperature. Outside, Dômes Charlevoix are built on top a wooden patio with a spa. On what concerns the view, it is just mesmerizing.
