From the farm to the table

At the heart of London, in Kings Cross, there is a restaurant which has a ethos from farm to the table. Rotunda Restaurant, which main ingredient is meat, serves for example, dishes with lamb grown in their farm in Northumberland. It is like this since 2008, the year in which it opened doors, valuing the ingredients’ quality.
When it arrives at the restaurant, the meat goes to a dedicated room and there the best cuts are selected to the chef.
At Rotunda, which was extensively renovated in 2018 with a design by the studio Design LSM and where there is a waterside terrace, there is a menu a la carte, craft beers and cocktails.
