This is Astória’s proposal, the restaurant of InterContinental Porto – Palácio das Cardosas, which on May 10, gets the in-house chef, Paulo Leite, together with his godfather and mentor, the renowned chef Joachim Koerper. Working with the same philosophy, they guarantee to prepare a special dinner. The menu signed by the duo is inspired by modern cuisine, a classic of Astória. It promises to conquer the most sceptical and satisfy the lovers of sea flavour.
