Margarida Fleming

“Anti-Face” exhibition.

The painter Margarida Fleming unveils the humanity hidden and portrays the masks we wear. It defines what we distort in our image, our life and our soul. The human geography of her works surrounds the mystery, in the map of emotions defined by quick lines and hyper-realistic eyes. The deeply expressive faces are dense. They steal our eyes and hold our attention. They avoid gender, artistic and beauty biases. But not only. There are news coming to Lisbon in solo exhibition format. “Anti-face” is scheduled to open at 6 pm on November 7 and will be on display at the Artroom Gallery at Príncipe Real until the 19th of that month.
