GokoStudio’s project for a residence, in Barcelona, Spain, had special attention to the owner’s requests, which wanted a flexible and open space. The architects worked on the 50 sq. m. to create a home which would be not only a refuge and a place to welcome friends, but also a workspace. Everything without obliging the areas to have specific functions because versatility was a goal. It was, also, ensured the needed privacy for certain areas, such as the bedroom, through the bathroom’s location (a “shower-walk-in wardrobe”).
The entire apartment was organized around a central area, where “all the life of the residence would be lived”.
