Cut the obvious. That’s how IZANAGI presents itself, at Docas de Alcântara, in Lisbon, what to let everybody know a little bit more about the Japanese cuisine. There, with a privileged view to Tejo river and with a space decorated with earthy colours, the new lunch menu usually includes a dish that is not part of the main menu, and includes a cocktail and coffee.
At IZANAGI the highlight goes to flavours cooked with fire, in Japanese grillers. But the aim is that it is understood as a place to the diversity of typically Japanese dishes.
