SUSTAINABLE FOOD

 

At Qbic hotel, in Whitechapel, London, the news are still fresh. It was there that, in the beginning of October, Motley opened its doors to be a new alternative with great food and sustainability in its heart. ‘Waste Not’ dishes – made with products that would be, otherwise, thrown away – and the acquisition of products in local markets are just two ways Motley uses in its quest for sustainability.
In this restaurant, with décor by Finch Interiors studio, there are 130 seats – with several private spaces – and they look for an informal and casual atmosphere.
Open every day for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, at Motley we also find a belief in feeding good conversation. So there is also a menu built with dishes envisioned to be shared: the Feast menu.
